Qualifications

• Competence in clinical competencies and annual evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions and side effects.
• Record vital signs and patient information accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to care team.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to plan and implement care plans.
• Direct or supervise nursing staff or a unit as assigned.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health topics and prevention.
