Job summary

Loyal Source is hiring Registered Nurses to provide professional nursing care to inmates. You will conduct needs assessments, develop and evaluate treatment plans, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role involves leadership responsibilities, supervising LPNs and support staff, and close collaboration with physicians to optimize clinical outcomes. A Virginia RN license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia, or have an active Compact/Multi State RN license.
• Current BLS/AHA Health Care Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional RN care and treatment to inmates.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Conduct needs assessments for patients and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership to LPNs and other medical staff.
• Communicate with patients, support staff, and physicians to ensure quality care.
• Apply clinical knowledge to patient assessment and case management.
