A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Correctional Registered Nurse.

This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Registered Nurse Hours 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, possibly 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM the next day. Part Time/Full Time options available.

Registered Nurse Compensation

The pay for this position is $52.00 an hour.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to incarcerated individuals, including routine health assessments, triage, and emergency care.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with established protocols and medical orders.
• Educate patients on health conditions, preventive care, medications, and lifestyle modifications as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor patient health, including vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatment, and maintain detailed, accurate medical records.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and implement life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Work closely with security staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and patients while respecting confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform intake screenings, assessments, and follow-up care to ensure that inmates' medical needs are promptly addressed.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of illness within the facility.
