Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and assess needs for quality care.

• Adjust medications per physician orders and provide treatments.
• Ensure hygiene and safety; decontaminate equipment and surfaces.
• Provide emergency medical care when needed.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Attend workshops and trainings to expand knowledge.
