Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and conducts leisure-time and physical education activities for inmates.
• Supervises preparation for events and ensures equipment and materials are in place.
• Maintains order and discipline during activities; supervises inmates.
• Procurement and inventory of equipment; oversees maintenance and safety standards.
• Instructs inmates in care of equipment and facilities; supervises related tasks.
• May evaluate inmates and staff.
