Job summary

State of Colorado seeks a Radiologic Technologist for the Denver Complex to produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs for offenders. Responsibilities include operating X-ray equipment, prepping digital images for radiologists, and maintaining equipment and records with accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum qualifications include ARRT certification, an associate degree in Radiologic Technology, and at least one year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in Radiography is required.
• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or closely related field is required.
• One year of professional experience as a Radiology Technologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed and portable X-ray machines per guidelines.
• Produce high quality radiographs to aid diagnosis.
• Prepare digital images for radiologist review and log tests.
• Maintain equipment and sanitary environment for exams.
• Travel to other facilities within the state as needed.
