Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and SD licensure or eligibility.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Ability to provide evaluations and interventions for offenders.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional psychological services to offenders, including evaluations and clinical interventions.
• Provide group services, individual therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Oversee competency restoration and screen as needed.
• Collaborate with Risk Reduction team and other staff.
• Document in offender mental health records accurately and timely.
• Travel to DOC facilities across the state as needed.
