Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and interviews.
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans.
• Make rounds to assess inmate mental health needs and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, medical and security staff to coordinate care.
• Provide counseling and crisis interventions as needed.
