Job summary

Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve inmates across Lynwood, downtown Los Angeles, and Castaic facilities. Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to provide professional care within a correctional healthcare setting.
• Must meet all facility credentialing, background, and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients regarding exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and continued care.
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
