NaphCare, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator/Pharmacy Technician in Buckeye, AZ to support licensed pharmacists in providing medications and healthcare products within a correctional facility.

This full- and part-time role focuses on inventory control, dispensing duties, documentation, and compliance with security and regulatory standards in a dynamic healthcare setting.

The position offers hourly pay from $18 to $19, opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) preferred.
• Current Pharmacy Technician certificate/license in State.
• Progressive administrative/management training in a pharmacy role with purchasing knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and dispensing prescription medications to inmates, with attention to protocols.
• Managing medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
• Maintaining accurate records of dispensed medications, patient information, and inventory levels.
• Communicating with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare staff regarding orders and patient needs.
• Adhering to strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to medications.
