Responsibilities

• Supervise Correctional Officers and Sergeants on assigned posts.
• Serve as initial commander during emergencies and act as facility manager after hours.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities, post assignments, and attendance.
• Conduct counseling, discipline recommendations, and training for subordinates.
• Oversee contraband searches, inspections, and security operations.
• Manage inmate housing, enforce rules, and escort inmates per procedures.
