Aramark is seeking a Registered Dietetic Technician to support nutrition programs across 2-4 correctional facilities in Ohio. The role provides technical support, collaborates with medical on diet orders, and assists in food service production and QA.

You will conduct nutrition care activities, help implement therapeutic diets with the Food Service Director, and travel between facilities as needed. ACEND-approved degree, ServSafe and CPR/BLS certifications are required.

Qualifikationen

• ACEND-approved Dietetic Technician degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe and CPR/BLS certification or ability to earn.
• Strong communication with clients, medical staff, and on-site teams.

Aufgaben

• Conducts nutrition assessments, care plans, education, and follow-up for correctional facility clinics.
• Coordinates nutrition care with interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Supports Food Service Director in therapeutic diets and daily orders.
• Responds to grievances related to therapeutic diets.
• Implements staff trainings on diet implementation and documentation.
• Collaborates with medical on written diet orders and daily diet summaries.
• Provides input on food preferences, allergies, and meal planning.
