Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is required and licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• Specialty certification in correctional healthcare is desired (CCHP/CCHP-RN).
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare setting; correctional healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Coordinate site performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Lead accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance activities.
