Position Details

Location: Jasper County Jail

Open Position: Part-Time LPN or RN Evenings

Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Every Other Saturday & Sunday

Sign-on & Retention Bonus available

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
