Southern Health Partners is looking for Correctional Nurse LPN or RN Evenings in Red Wing, MN.

Location: St. Croix County Jail
Open Position: PT LPN or RN Evenings
Schedule: 2- 8 hr Evening shifts per week, 2p - 10p

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
2. Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
3. Follow through with established treatment plans
4. Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
