Join to apply for the Correctional Nurse LPN or RN Days role at Southern Health Partners, Inc.

Position Details
  • Location: Walworth County Jail
  • Open Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
  • Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation 7a - 7:30p with Alternating Weekends
Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, as well as Physician/Provider directives.
  • Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
  • Follow established treatment plans.
  • Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
