Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) - Days

Join our team at Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) at the Walworth County Jail. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a full-time position on a 12-hour day shift rotation (7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.), with alternating weekends.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working within the scope of practice and guidelines.
• Administering prescribed medications according to standards and regulations.
• Following through with established treatment plans.
• Performing emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
