Join Our Team as a Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) - Days

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking dedicated Correctional Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our team at Lancaster County Detention Center. Enjoy a supportive and appreciative work environment with over 30 years of experience in correctional healthcare.

Position Details

• Location: Lancaster County Detention Center
• Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation (6 am - 6:30 pm) with alternating weekends
• Benefits: Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, chart results, and establish nursing plans within scope of practice and under physician/provider guidance
• Administer prescribed medications adhering to nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
