Job Title: Correctional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:

Walworth County Jail

Position:

Full-Time LPN or RN

Schedule:

12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 7 am - 7:30 pm, with alternating weekends

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress; chart results; establish nursing plans; work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and with Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Follow established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking
