Polk County Detention Center

Open Position:

PT LPN or RN

Schedule:

Every Other Saturday & Sunday, 10-hour Day shifts

Could be every weekend for the right candidate.

Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider directives.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards & correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.
