Summary:

As a Correctional Nurse (LPN or RN) at Southern Health Partners, you will provide critical patient care in a supportive and safe correctional environment. Your responsibilities include administering medications, developing nursing plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with established treatment protocols. Location & Position:

Walworth County Jail, FT LPN or RN, 12 hr Day Shift Rotation 7a - 7:30p w/Alternating Weekends

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
2. Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards & correctional regulations
3. Follow established treatment plans
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
