Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs and administer medications.
• Guide treatment plans from start to finish and support patient education.
• Mentor staff, respond to crises, and uphold safety and standards across the unit.
