A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite Correctional Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) in Caldwell, Ohio. The role requires an active Ohio NP license and NP experience with correctional or primary care settings.

The assignment is full-time, weekdays only, with 4x10 or 5x8 shifts and a 3-month length with potential extension. The successful candidate will provide primary and specialty care to male inmates, document thoroughly, and adhere to facility protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NP license and NP credentials.
• At least one year of NP experience in primary care or hospital medicine.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Board certification or board-eligible status.
• DEA certification, as required for the assignment.
• Ability to work onsite in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday with four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
• Flexible start and end times based on facility operations.
• Initial three-month assignment with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and medical services in a correctional facility.
• Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and evaluations of medical concerns.
• Develop treatment plans and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow facility protocols, clinical guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
