Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional for Logansport Juvenile Correctional Facility in Logansport, Indiana. The role involves mental health case management, intake, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy.

Requirements include a Masters degree in a relevant field, Indiana licensure, TB and CPR certification, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consult with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy during full-time day shifts.
