Responsibilities

• Attends online medication aide college courses (140 hours).

• Operates personal computers to enter data, generate reports, and draft routine correspondence.
• Performs facility administrative support tasks including filing, mail, faxing, and typing.
• Answers phone calls and adjudicates each call appropriately.
• Assists with patient activities and care as assigned by the nurse manager.
