Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Active state LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and obtain health history.
• Take vital signs (BP, temp, weight).
• Provide wound care and administer medications.
• Document in TechCare EMR and maintain records.
• Monitor health status and respond to emergencies.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
