Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Active state LPN/LVN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA).
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to facility codes of conduct and policies.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and document health problems.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Provide wound care and administer medications.
• Maintain medical records in TechCare EHR and ensure accuracy.
• Offer emergency first aid and discharge planning.
