Correctional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Richland County Jail

Open Position: LPN

Schedule: 3 shifts a week

Sign-On and Retention Bonus available.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Deliver patient care and evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients.
2. Chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider directives.
3. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
4. Follow through with established treatment plans.
5. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and utilize critical thinking skills.
