Job Title: Correctional LPN Nurse Nights

Join our team at Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Correctional LPN Nurse (Nights).

Location:

Beaver County Detention Center

Open Position:

LPN

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am (EVO Weekend)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the scope of practice and guidelines set by authorities.
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
