Job description

Southern Health Partners has been a leading provider of correctional healthcare for over 30 years. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomery County Jail.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3/4 12-hour Night Shift Rotation; EVO Weekend
• Sign-On Bonus and Retention Incentives

Responsibilities include:

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines.
2. Administer prescribed medications according to standards and regulations.
3. Follow through with established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and utilize critical thinking skills.
