Job summary

SnapCare is seeking a dedicated LPN with corrections experience to join our team in Memphis, TN on a contract basis. You will monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure high‑quality care in a correctional setting.

Requirements include current BLS/ACLS, a TN license, and 1+ year of experience. Base hours are 40 per week with various shifts over a 13‑week assignment. End of shift payments and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Current TN license.
• 1+ year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to post-acute patients.
• Conduct health assessments, document medical history, and assist care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Coordinate care by scheduling tests, consultations and referrals.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and other staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and safety guidelines.
