Shift details include a mid shift from 11:30am to 10:00pm. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document care in EMR, and educate patients and families as part of a coordinated team.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted NC license/certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 1+ year of LPN experience within the last 3 years.
• Copies of PSV and required certifications (BLS, TB test, immunizations) may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
• Maintain EMR documentation accurately.
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient education.
