NaphCare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Grand Junction team in Colorado. This is a correctional healthcare setting with part-time and PRN positions; new grads are encouraged to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN program.
• Active LPN license in state.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and document findings.
• Take vital signs (BP, temperature, weight).
• Provide wound care and dressing.
• Administer medications and monitor reactions.
• Maintain medical records in TechCare (EHR).
• Observe patient health and mental status.
• Provide emergency first aid.
• Educate patients and plan discharge.
