Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is hiring LPNs to join our correctional healthcare team at the Jacksonville Pre-Trial Detention Center in Florida. You will work with correctional officers and medical staff to provide care to individuals in residence, performing assessments, administering medications, managing chronic illnesses, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Actively state-certified as an LPN/LVN.
• Must possess and maintain BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross preferred).
• Pass facility criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and take health history.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Provide wound care and administer medications.
• Maintain accurate medical records in TechCare EHR.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
