Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program.
• Active CA LCSW license.
• Experience with high-risk populations and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health evaluations for incarcerated individuals.
• Provide individual and group therapy addressing mental health, substance use, and behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Assess suicide risk and intervene during crises.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, medical staff, and correctional officers.
• Support discharge planning and reentry coordination (housing, resources, follow-up).
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
