You will supervise staff and inmate workers, manage inventory and menus, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while staying aligned with budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to manage staff.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and enforce policies.
• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a secure correctional facility environment.
