Correctional Industrial Facility is a medium‑security facility in Pendleton, Indiana, housing more than 1,400 incarcerated adult males. The facility offers a wide range of educational, vocational, and job opportunities to support rehabilitation. Incarcerated individuals participate in apprenticeships and assignments such as maintenance, groundskeeping, sanitation, food service, barbering, and manufacturing. CIF also features a brake shop where individuals refurbish brake pads while learning technical skills. Educational opportunities include the ability to earn a GED, helping prepare incarcerated individuals for employment after release. Staff promote an environment of accountability and professional development.
As a Correctional Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct investigative duties on behalf of the Indiana Department of Correction, investigating and monitoring reported misconduct involving staff, offenders, and other individuals associated with the facility. In this role, you will gather and analyze information to support institutional safety and compliance, performing your responsibilities under general supervision while ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
