Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment with no sanctions.
• Correctional healthcare experience or ability to work in secure settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and charting for inmate populations.
• Medication administration and monitoring per nurse-driven plans.
• Knowledge of inmate confidentiality and ethical care.
• Crisis response readiness and on-site emergency protocols.
• Ability to document incident reports and participate in quality improvement.
• Data-driven approach: track/analyze metrics and meet targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; mentor peers.
• Implement evidence-based protocols to improve outcomes.
