Responsibilities

• Directs and manages healthcare services for specialized units and programs.
• Oversees management of inmate health complaints and grievances with timely resolutions.
• Maintains relationships with leaders across clinical disciplines and collaborates with providers.
• Ensures adherence to ACA standards, DHEC regulations and quality requirements.
• Plans and manages nursing schedules, approves leave, and manages time and attendance.
• Participates in administrative meetings and expands outpatient and inpatient services.
