Qualifications

• Six months experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or HVAC.
• Six months experience in record keeping.
• Six months experience interpreting blueprints or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems for buildings.
• Inspect and repair electrical equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and oversee specific tasks.
