Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Two years of experience delivering education and workforce development training.
• Experience teaching adults and diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging workforce development and career readiness classes.
• Use approved curricula and competency-based assessments.
• Adapt instruction for diverse learning needs and environments.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with corrections staff and leadership.
