Under the direction of the Correctional Dietary Regional Manager, the incumbent provides supervision for the institutional dietary department, including menu development, purchasing, storage, food production, service, and compliance with regulations and sanitation standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree in food service management, nutrition, dietetics, home economics, business, public administration, or a related field.
Experience: Three years of supervisory experience in large-scale food service operations. Substitutions are allowed as specified.
Completion of correctional officer training, background checks, physical and oral exams, and compliance with call-in and substance testing policies.
Applicants must provide sufficient information to demonstrate qualifications. Successful candidates will be ranked and placed on an eligible list for at least one year.
