Job summary

CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation in the United States seeks a supervisory Correctional Counselor to oversee and review the work of Correctional Counselors I and trainees in a reception center or institution. You will instruct on in-service training programs, evaluate staff performance, and assist with difficult case problems.

You will coordinate casework with other disciplines on a clinic team, ensure policies are followed, and may supervise group activities and a reduced caseload
