The CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) role at Equiliem provides direct care to inmates under the direction of medical staff in a correctional facility. You will work across shifts as needed and adhere to client requirements while responding to emergencies.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved CNA program, hold New Jersey nursing assistant certification, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Computer literacy and flexibility are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Certified Nurse Aide program
• Current certification in New Jersey as a Nursing Assistant
• Must also be certified in CPR
• Valid Driver's License is required

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to inmates under supervision and medical direction
• Work different shifts as needed
• Handle emergency and crisis situations
• Exhibit flexibility to work in a variety of settings
• Entering and movement within the facility will be controlled by Correctional Officers
