Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience providing case management is preferred; substitutions allowed for up to two years in a criminal justice or case management context.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition/pre-release preparation.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.
