Job summary

The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager responsible for providing counseling services and supporting detainees in adjusting to facility life. You will develop programs to meet individual needs and provide guidance on available services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in caseload management and possess a strong understanding of correctional services. A valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship are required for this role.

Qualifications

• One year of caseload management in a correctional setting.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years of age.
• Certified law enforcement or correctional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview newly admitted detainees and provide facility orientation.
• Provide individual counseling for work and housing assignments.
• Monitor detainee custody and program assignments.
• Conduct visits to detainees in special housing.
