Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Health Fitness Professional in Atlanta, GA to coach members, lead classes and design personalized programs. You will help members achieve wellness goals through assessments, planning and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes a safe, engaging environment and strong guest services. Work in a professional corporate fitness setting with opportunities for career development, program promotions and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years fitness experience with HealthFitness approved certifications.
• OSHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification required or obtainable prior to start.
• Ability to motivate and guide participants in group and individual settings.

Responsibilities

• Motivate members through one-on-one coaching and fitness consultations.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes and promote participation.
• Conduct fitness assessments and interpret results for personalized plans.
• Design customized exercise programs based on goals and abilities.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives, events and outreach activities.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and safe fitness environment.
• Supervise facility operations and ensure equipment safety.
