What You'll Do:
  • Lead the framing and analysis of complex strategic questions across AI, data, technology, and business transformation domains, developing actionable recommendations that support enterprise objectives and long-term growth.
  • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for intelligence products, evaluate strategic tradeoffs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Develop executive-level communications and presentations, including Board materials, strategic planning deliverables, executive reviews, and leadership updates, translating complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, coordinating stakeholders across technology, data, analytics, finance, and business teams while managing governance, communications, dependencies, and decision-making processes.
  • Support enterprise planning and portfolio management activities by assessing strategic priorities, monitoring initiative performance, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing insights that inform investment and resource allocation decisions.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills
  • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a similarly rigorous strategic environment, with financial services or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems, perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology strategy, including cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, Agile delivery models, enterprise data capabilities, and emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience creating executive- and Board-level presentations, narratives, and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively across complex organizational environments with multiple priorities and competing demands.
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of ownership, quality, and execution excellence.
Preferred Skills
