- Develop and drive the end-to-end Distribution strategic planning cycle aligned with financial targets
- Synthesize internal and external data to identify growth opportunities and strategic gaps
- Lead Sales Enablement strategy to centralize knowledge and improve insights across Distribution
- Champion the use of technology and data to enhance sales effectiveness and decision-making
- Collaborate across business units to ensure strategic coherence and alignment of execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; Master's or MBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and enablement within a complex organization
- Deep understanding of distribution, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement functions
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams
