Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience representing corporate trustees or agents in debt financing, including structured finance, project finance, corporate debt, secured/unsecured loans and collateralized loan obligation transactions.
• Strong financial, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with direct client contact are important.
• Strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.

Responsibilities

• Involved in a varied and dynamic practice spanning origination of structured finance transactions (ABS, RMBS, CLOs) and other asset-backed securities, project finance, corporate bonds, and distressed transactions.
• Work with a full support team of litigation, bankruptcy, securities and tax attorneys on corporate trust, project finance, corporate debt and structured finance matters.
